The laws of the State of New York shall govern theseTerms and Conditions.  YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTIONAND VENUE IN THE COURTS LOCATED IN NEW YORK COUNTY, NEW YORK FORALL MATTERS ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR YOUR ACCESSOR USE OF THE SITE.
